Is your notebook still in waranty?
Check your warranty status Here.
I can't say I understand the following statement you made. Please rephrase it. I have no idea what "it" is or what it has to do with Customer Care?
"I tried to call HP india customer care but its asking for passcode."
If your notebook was marketed less that three years ago, HP will still be stocking and selling the factory created USB recovery media. Contact an HP Service Center in your country and enquire. You can also use the chat or links to find contact information.
You will need to have the product number and serial number for your notebook. The product number is J1J41UA. The serial number can be found in the BIOS in the system information section .

I can also ask to have your issue escalated if you feel that would help.
I am a volunteer forum member. If my suggestion helped you solve your issue, help others by marking that post as the accepted solution. Say thanks by clicking on the Yes button next to the "was this reply helpful?"
