Envy 15-aq155nr

I have a new Envy laptop.  The recovery Drive D is full.  I havent stored/installed anything on there.  Why is this?  How can I fix it?

 

PS Not overly computer savvy, so be gentle:)

Thanks for getting back to me and sending the link.

 

I'm running windows 10 and cant find the same menu items as the link (Link is for Vista)  Are you able to assist further?
