The system detected that an unsupported DDR3 memory type is installed. Please power off the system and remove the unsupported DDR3 memory to avoid system instability and potential dato loss

 

 

Memory incompatible (2E3)

 

POWER BUTTON - Power off

ENTER -Continue Startup

Hi:

 

Did you try to install a new memory module?

 

If so, you probably got DDR3 memory that is 1.5 volts.

 

You need to make sure the memory you install in that machine is DDR3L (1.35 volts).
