HI I have 2 base system device are not installed after i upgrate my laptop HP probook 6440b to windows 8

List the hardware ids as below :-

Please try to download and install Ricoh media card reader software:

 

   http://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp46501-47000/sp46972.exe
