HP Probook 6570b
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi,

I have just bought a new laptop (hp Probook 6570b), and I have installed windows 10. My desktop background picture was set automatically, however from time to time it my desktop background turns gray:desktop1.gif

So I am wondering why this is happening, and how can I prevent it from happening in the future.

Thank you for help.

Darko

Dear Customer,

Please have the graphics driver updated

you could find the type of graphics installed (intel or AMD) by going to device manager

press win+R keys ( which will open run window)
-> type in devmgmt.msc

which will open device manager
->go to display adapters ( expand it)
check for type of driver installed( intel or AMD)

Accordingly you could follow the link below and select the correct display driver and install it
