Try installing the CIR driver on the relevant link below.

 

ENE CIR Driver - Windows 7.

 

ENE CIR Driver - Windows Vista.

HI. i have instaled driver you edvice and after it got another system message: HID\IRDEVICEV2&2818A073&0&006 and HID\IRDEVICEV2&2818A073&0&007 this device is not configured correctly. Tks.

What version of Windows are you running?

 

Do you have any external components attatched - ie mouse etc?
