It can't installed and pop up window mentioned that the latest version has already been installed .

 

But still error on device manager :

 

 

The driver for this device has been blocked from starting because it is known to have problems with Windows. Contact the hardware vendor for a new driver. (Code 48)

Click 'Check for solutions' to send data about this device to Microsoft and to see if there is a solution available.

 

However can't find the solution from online.

 

Below is current verion installed.

Current verion : 5.2.1.1

Date : 11/6/2015

 

Any patch 's available ?

I have the same issue on my 6475b running Win 10 Pro x64 (1903) though it used to work perfectly with Win 10 (1607).
