Dragonfly G2
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi all,

My business bought around 20 or so DragonFly G2 laptops from HP, 3 of them have reported problems with booting.  One user has reported that the laptop will not power back on from standby, the keyboard backlight works and the fans are spinning at 100% You then have to hard shutdown and it won't always come back on after, again with the LED backlight and fans spinning.  Leaving the laptop for 10 minutes switched off will often then allow it to boot again

And today another user reported the laptop would not post on screen, again with keyboard LED on and fans spinning fast, a few hard reboots seemed to resolve the problem.

Is there a hardware issue anyone is aware of on these laptops?  When I spoke to HP they went through some testing, turning it off and on by holding down the power button, eventually he told me to reseat the memory and SSD, as far as im aware the memory on these is intergrated anyway!

Any help would be great thanks!
