I have bought a HP 2000 laptop & installed windows 7 (32 bit) operating system, but some drivers are not installed.

The device drivers for Other Devices: Bluetooth, Ethernet, Network, PCI Device & SM Bus Controller are not installed.

For ethernet

http://h10025.www1.hp.com/ewfrf/wc/softwareDownloadIndex?softwareitem=ob-102604-1&cc=us&dlc=en&lc=en...

1. If Network Controller is Bluetooth 4.0, then do it install this only & resloves all BT driver issues or need to install the BT driver in the first link also? If you install it and it takes care of all bluetooth driver issues then the issue is resolved. If it does not then install the other driver as well.

2. For SM Bus Controller - How do I find out W7x86/x64 or W8 x64 to install? Click on the start button and then right click on Computer then click on properties. Look at the description of your OS in the Window that says System. It will tell you if the OS is 64 or 32-bit.

The following image is a VHD running in my loaner HP Spectre 13 which has a 64-bit CPU. The Windows Ultimate is a 32-bit version running in VirtualBox.

Thanks for the links. :manvery-happy:

However, the download link for ETHERNET did'nt work. It is showing "unexpected error". Can you provide some other link?

Also 2 queries:

2. For SM Bus Controller - How do I find out W7x86/x64 or W8 x64 to install?

Thanks a lot. I have installed all the listed drivers.

All issues resolved except PCI Device - it's still showing yet to be installed..

@dodgedxt

That missing device is the notebook's multimedia SD card reader.

Try the following driver softpaq.
