Don't worry, thank you very much for your answers. I just have one question:
If my network card Is "Qualcomm Atheros model QCWB335" why when I install the drivers my devices administrator says that my network card is Qualcomm Atheros QCA9565?
It's possible to install some drivers for a different Card?

Unfortunately, I don't know why the description and device manager name are different.
The only thing I can guess is that the QCWB335 is actually the FCC ID for the card.
If you google QCWB335, you will see it also referred to as a Qualcomm Atheros QCA9565.
Because the business support site is not working, my hands are rather tied up as far as suggesting other alternatives.
Here is a link to a business notebook. The model doesn't matter. Go into the upper right hand corner search window and type Qualcomm Atheros, and it should give you a list of whatever drivers they have right now. You can sort by date.
There should be a lot of bluetooth 4.0 drivers to try.

Good luck.
Please let us know if you find one that works for you.

I finally solved it.... by upgrading to windows 8.1:smileysad:
I couldn't fix it for windows 7, and I had all the drivers in the web for W8.1, so I tried that way, and It worked.
Thank you very much for your help
