hi,
I have a Pavilion 13-r010dxx2 Detachabl laptop. After reinstalling OS windows 8.1 32 bit. I could not find drivers for 32 bit. HP support center only shows drivers for 64 bit. My touchpad & screen touch is not working. Can anybody please tell me how to make them work & where to find drivers for 32 bit.
I'm eagerly waiting for anybody's kind response.

Hi:
The only suggestion I can offer would be to try the W8.1 32 bit graphics driver directly from Intel.
The first file listed is the auto install file.
I suggest you try the touchpad drivers on your notebook's support page because they may contain the 32 bit driver files too.
If they don't, try the driver directly from Synaptics.

Dear Paul Tikkanen,
Thanks for your response but it didn't work. I have installed Intel Graphics Driver from your provided link but couldn't find synaptics driver download page from your provided link.
I tried to install synaptics driver from hp product support page but it shows only 64 bit & I couldn't install it. It seems I wont be able to use my detachable pc as a Tab & my Touchpad never gonna work again.
Can u please suggest me something else???

You're very welcome.
The only suggestion I can offer would be to try the 32 bit touchpad driver from this business notebook.
When folks install unsupported operating systems, these are the kinds of problems that should be expected.
The OEM (in this case HP) only has drivers for a specific OS.

Dear Paul Tikkaanen,
I appriciate your help. I have installed the driver from your given link then I restarted my laptop. But still no reslt !!! Nothing changed. My touchpad & Screen touch still not working. I'm really upset now. Did I make mistake buying HP Laptop which does not have drivers ???????

Sorry that didn't work.
This is a peer to peer forum, not HP technical support.
I am not employed by, nor do I represent HP.
The mistake you made was to install an unsupported 32 bit operating system on a notebook that HP does not support for 32 bit operating systems.
You only have yourself to blame for that, not HP.
Nowadays if you want support for 32 bit operating systems, you need to buy a business class notebook and check to make sure they have support for 32 bit operating systems.
No PC manufacturer that I know of provides 32 bit drivers for consumer class PC's anymore.
