Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Hi, 

I upgraded my operating system from windows 7 to windows 10 and i am missing the following 4 drivers;

- unkonw device : details ACPI/ENE0100/4&2384B6B1&0

- Device ACPI\ENE0100\4&2384b6b1&0 requires further installation.

- Device PCI/\VEN_197B&DEV_2382&SUBSYS_3628103C&REV_00\4&7860cf9&0&01E4 requires further installation.

- Device PCI\VEN_197B&DEV_2384&SUBSYS_3628103C&REV_00\4&7860cf9&0&04E4 requires further installation.

 

I need help as i can't find software upgrade for windows 10

Hi:

 

Your only option would be to use the W7 drivers from your notebook's support page for anything that W10 didn't install.

 

ACPI/ENE0100:

 

This package contains the ENE CIR Receiver Driver for the supported notebook/laptop models and operating systems.

 

File name: sp45045.exe

 

PCI/\VEN_197B&DEV_2382 & 84:

 

This package contains the JMicron Card Reader driver for the supported notebook/laptop models and operating systems.

 

File name: sp45046.exe
