I have a very frustrating sound issue. My sound has worked completely fine up until yesterday. When I booted up my computer, I realized that no sound came out. I've gone through many forums to find the solution and I've checked all the simple stuff like making sure that my devices are enabled, audio service enabled, reinstalled/upadated the sound drivers etc... I've even gone into BIOS and loaded default settings and still no sound. I've gotten to the point where I have no idea what else I can do. Help please!

Hello all,

I'm sorry that you are running into this issue of no sound. Do you get any sound through headphones?

Also I would suggest trying a hard reset as the next quickest and less invasive step. This can sometimes fix strange issues because it drains all of the electricity out of the unit. Here are the steps for a Hard Reset.

Hope this helps! Let me know the results if you get a chance Smiley Happy

hi guys.....!

if u checked all sound configuration and and u found it  working like "windows audio sevice" and ur headphone or ur speaker are plugged in the right plaace  and sound button still with  red sign and the message says that "no headphones or speakers are plugged in"  so the solution here is :

1-go to search bar (win 10)

2-type "realtek"

3-click on it

4-choose ur right configurations
