Hi:

HP does not support your notebook for 32 bit operating systems.

You can see if this W7 32 bit graphics driver works...it says it supports the Celeron 3010 and 3060, but I don't see why it wouldn't support the 3050.

USB3:

Download, unzip and run the setup.exe file from the link below.

Other than the audio, you should be able to use the 64 bit drivers listed on your 250 G4 support page, as they should also have the 32 bit driver files included.

Audio:  Accept the agreement.  Download and install the 1st driver on the list.

If the above Intel grahics driver doesn't work, you will need to install one of the supported 64 bit operating systems that you see drivers for on your notebook's support page.

My laptop is 2GB of RAM so I installed Windows 7 x32

That may be all well and good, but what good is installing a 32 bit OS if there are no drivers for it?

I would have installed more memory.

HP Recommended

And how do I install the driver, if the laptop does not see the stick

HP Recommended

Do you have a DVD drive on that model?  If so burn the files to a DVD.

If not, you will have to remove the hard drive, get a USB to sata cable, plug the drive into another PC and copy the files to the drive.

Put the drive back in the pc and install the drivers that way.

You have no wireless, no ethernet, no usb, no card reader.

You are up the creek without a paddle.

So you're saying that I changed the laptop to a new one with more memory RAM

Or do I need to install Windows x64 on 2 GB RAM?

HP Recommended

No has no DVD drive

First try the drivers on 32 bit.

Does your notebook have a USB 2 port?

The flash drive should work in the USB 2 port.

I'm saying that you should add more memory to your current notebook.

If you want to return it and buy a different model with more memory, that is up to you.

2 GB of memory is weak even on a 32 bit OS.

The specs state your notebook has 2 USB 2 ports...Page 8...

A flash drive should work in one of those.
