I tried all outputs and inputs from USB 2.0 and 3.0.And still the laptop does not see the flash .

Sorry for my English, I communicate with You through a translator from the distant Ukraine

I know how to differentiate between USB 2.0 and 3.0-it's blue

You're English is just fine.

I guess your only option would be to copy the files directly to the hard drive via a USB to SATA cable...read the hard drive from another PC.

The problem is...I think it is pretty hard to take that model apart.  Chapter 6, page 43.

If you take it apart, you may just want to remove the 2 GB memory module, and replace it with an 8 GB memory module to max out the memory.

Your model only has one memory slot.

Okay
Thank you for your help

Still interested in what I do with the drivers I have the same version x32 and you only have to the official website for x64

HP Recommended

You're very welcome.

Like I wrote before...if you want to use a 32 bit OS, then you can try the drivers I posted.

If they don't work, you will have to install a supported 64 bit OS.

Personally, I would just install W10 64 bit.

Then you don't have all those driver issues, such as no USB.

If I install win 10 my laptop will work fine?

HP Recommended

W10 should work just fine.

Your notebook was really designed to work on W10.

However, I would still go with the 64 bit version, and max out the memory in the future.

There are no 32 bit drivers.

You would still have to experiment with the 32 bit graphics driver from Intel, and if it didn't work, you are out of luck.

Thanks for the help.Have a nice working day
