Hi,
I know this is an old topic, but I have the same problem with ENE CIR Receiver:
Input/Output Range 0380 - 0383 used by:
Motherboard resources
None of the mentioned solutions worked for me. I tried the PCI Lock solution and I already have the latest driver from HP(2.7.4.0), but the problem still persists, even after a clean install of Windows 7 Home Premium x64.
My laptop is a HP Pavilion DV6-1245dx.
If anyone knows a different solution, please reply.
Thanks!

I am using ENE CIR driver 2.7.4 and have no issues with Win7. I previously did an upgrade from WinVista64. If you have upgraded from VISTA, I would suggest you visit the Intel site; if your PC has an Intel processor, and use their support function to ensure your Intel drivers are the most up to date before going through each piece of hardware in Device Mgr for updates. (The last driver to update should be your audio. Most either use IDT, or Realtek's old ALC or patented HD Audio Codec.) MS certified drivers from Microsoft Update should be used next. Given the option; use HP tested drivers, if the hardware mfr's drivers go sour. The key point to remember is "If ain't broke, don't fix it." After you get your hardware issues sorted out, then start installing your software. Microsoft's "Fix-It" program may help sort out small bugs in either the OS or their software. (Have another working PC available to use for internet access for troubleshooting, if things really Go South for you. ) Good Luck!
