I enabled ease of access thinking it would be helpful and it only is causing problems and I just want to know how I can go back to the original settings I had as well as obtain the theme I had.   I don't know how to do this and I have tried going into my settings on ease of access and individually turning off each one, however that didn't do anything.  I did restart the computer after doing that, however, it came back on with just a completely ith the white screen.  HELP

After the reboot, was the "ease of access" still active?

Right-mouse-button click anywhere on that "white" wallpaper, and choose "personalize".

You should be able to select a different "theme".
