purchased a refurbished Elitpad 1000 G2.

Everything works great, but cant figure out if it

has WWAN or not. has micro sim slot.

Hi,

From the following specs WWAN is optional (please check note #3)

WWAN
Optional HP hs3110 HSPA+ Mobile Broadband Module 3,8
Optional HP lt4111 LTE/EV-DO/HSPA+ Gobi 4G Module 1,3
Optional HP lt4112 LTE/HSPA+ Gobi 4G Module1,3

Now, you can use Device Manager to check. Under Network adapters, can you see one of the above options ? If none of those, your machine does not have WWAN and SIM slot is useless until you buy an option.

If you have a SIM slot that would inside the battery compartment and even then you board must have a WWAN connection inside of it to work and if it has neither then you don't have that option. And to use WWAN that comes from your mobile provider to provide those two hardware not HP.

BTW, Millions of folks have gone back from Win10 to their prior O/S -- something you don't hear about from MS. by WAWood but ALL to TRUE
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Those that want HD Gaming should plan to invest in a Gaming Laptop to handle those requirements. Eamples GTA V or Crysis 3.

hi

i bought 1000g2 with 4225 lte gobi module

unfortunately i cannot connect to any network(only wireless works )

i have tried with several operator

simcard is detected but cannot connect to network

would you please help
