Enter Administrator Password or Power on Password [i 88146030]

I've forgoten Admin Password required on boot up.  After 3 tries I get code:
[i 88146030].  Would anyone know the master password I could use to reset password?  Thanks in advance for any assistance.  It's greatly appreciated.

I have no idea what the password is, its a HP Stream 14 inch. I tried all my known codes, but it wont work.
