Hi. On all models of the ZBook 17 is the same G3 install FHD-IPS display IPS? Interested in having Screen Flickering / PWM (Pulse-Width Modulation)?

I think the Zbook 17 G3 has several screen options. I know one is a non-IPS 1600 x 900 and then there is an IPS FHD or 2 and a 4K option.
