Please Identify your notebook with more than the model series. How to identify your notebook.
You should have copied the information required to make a good post and filled in the blanks to save time.
Is your notebook out of warranty? Warranty check
There is no quickie fix for that error. Do not start up the notebook. If the fan is non operational, starting it up could easily fry the CPU.
A) Verify that there is no dust or other material preventin the fan from working by cleaning the intakes and exhausts of the notebook.
B) Replace the fan. Full disassembly of the notebook is required for a CPU fan replacement.
Instruction or tutorials on this subject is beyond the scope of this forum.

OK.
Then fan replacement is a must. I hope that you have not already fried the CPU. The only way to tell now is to replace the fan and see if it will boot up.
You can find information and tutorials at Insidemylaptop.com and on YouTube.com. You will need to purchase a CPU fan from HP or another online vendor.
HP G62 Maintenence and Service Guide
This is one of the critical issues. You will have to determine if your notebook has integrated (UMA) graphics only or a discrete graphics mini-PCIe module to use the correct part number when ordering a replacement fan/heatsink assembly. These are the part numbers for your notebook from the guide.
