Microsoft Windows 8.1 (32-bit)
My laptop don't do nothing. Stay on error page for few minutes the go to another page that said.
Error C01A001D and stay there. Already for 3 days. New my laptop for school work. Please help me.

Hi,


Tap away F2 key as soon as you power on laptop. Do extensive hard drive test. Let it finish.

Have you created HP Recovery USB after first setup of this notebook?

Have you backed up data from this notebook? Any important ones there? If no, you can tap away F11 key as soon as you power on laptop, do factory reset.

Your notebook came with Windows 8.1 64 bit from factory.
