Product: Hp stream notebook pc 13
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi am mcroy I have a problem with my hp stream  notebook pc 13 start up problem whenever I start it up it brings me a hp logo then a blackscreen then It resarts up again 

The error code I am getting after I keep on pressing f11 is error code:0xc0000225

Please help me

Hi Mcroy,

 

Turn computer off completely

Press the power button once and QUICKLY tap away ESC to access Start Up Menu

Press F11 to access Recovery

 

Click Trouble Shoot -> Advanced Options -> Command Prompt

             Type bootrec /scanos then hit ENTER
             Type bootrec /rebuildbcd then hit ENTER
             Type bootrec /fixmbr then hit ENTER
             Type bootrec /fixboot then hit ENTER

 

     Reboot.

Hi Ichi,

 

thanks for your reply i tried your idea but i could get to the trouble shout option after i pressed f11 for recovery am getting the recovery notification with the code error still
