Had ahrddrive crash and now I can't change my boot options , keeps telling me wrong password and then after 3 tries I get system locked messageunlock hint number 6F9C6EA7 Thank you

That is a HEX halt code and we do not have a master pass code generator for that type of code”YET.”

You will need to contact HP in your region and they should be able to send you a customized SMC.bin file which you can use at boot to reset the password.
