Hi,

 

I am seeing an exclamation sign (!) besides Ethernet Controller and PCI device under other devices but not sure about the right drivers.

 

Product ID for Ethernet controller :-

Download and install the following:

 

Realtek LAN Driver - Windows 7.

 

Realtek Card Reader Driver - Windows 7.

Hi,

 

Can you post back with the following details.

 

1.  The full Model No. and Product No. of your notebook - see Here for a guide on locating this information.

 

2.  The full version of the operating system you are using ( ie Windows 7 64bit ).

Do i also need to provide the Serial Number ?
