Product: Hp stream hp-11-y010wm
So I was given a hp stream from a family member and went to factory reset and all goes well until about the 50 percent mark, it then tells me a error has occurred.
I have tried doing this several times and still says the same thing, please Help!!

Hi:
The only suggestion I can offer would be to make your own plain W10 installation media and use that to clean install W10.
Use the Media Creation Tool from the link below.
https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10
Then install the drivers and available software from your notebook's support and driver page.
