HP Pavilion Notebook - 15-ab25
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

For the past few days, I have been having battery problems. My laptop is informing me that the battery is fully charged, despite only being at 96%, today it dropped to its lowest, 71%, before saying the charging is complete, even if the charger is plugged in. Not only that, but when it gets down to 44%, it turns off without any charge, even though it hasn't actually run out of power.

Today, I ran a check and received the Failure ID; 9C2LHX-7PQ8J5-MFPWLK-C0FF03

Anyone help?
