Yeah -- I understand -- but you have to charge the battery SOMETIME! 

 

What might work, as some laptops will charge the battery when they are turned off, is disconnecting the charger while you're using it and then reconnecting it after you turn if off.

 

But if this model does not charge when it is off, then the laptop cooler option is the only way I know to cool it down so the fan slows down.
