well it did not work for me . it is very irritating  ready to get rid of windows 10

I had this problem and found after upgrading to windows 10, I had two versions of the simplepass program.  I removed both and reinstalled the one for windows10 and it seems to have fixed the blinking.

I uninstalled fro device manager    two times and then ran revo uninstaller  the free one after that and it seems to have worked
