3 days ago, I bought a new Hp ProBook 450 G10 and tried to install my fingerprint, but it says that the Fingerprint scanner is not compatible with Windows Hello fingerprint. I tried to install a new driver from Hp website, but after installing it still didn't show up in device manager, and still the fingerprint is not working. Please help me to solve this issue. I will be very grateful to you. Thank You

From its specs

Fingerprint sensor is only available on selected models. Did you buy a model which has Fingerprint sensor option ?

Regards.

Yes, sir, my laptop has a built-in fingerprint sensor, and from where I bought it, they also said it has a fingerprint option in it.

Here is the model number. Can you confirm to me if it has a fingerprint sensor or not?
