Folio 9470m Elitebook need BIOS ADMINISTRATOR password

I had full control of the laptop BIOS, but did a factory security reset and after that I can’t change my pre boot password.

Please help, I tried logging in with the BIOS ADMINISTRATOR password but it locks me out.

For BIOS or power-on passwords.

There are no master password generators for ProBooks or EliteBooks.

You will need to contact HP.

Hi.. i have same problem - would be the soution straight forward by calling HP service center through online support to get the bios password reset - i even cant update the bios now. is there a general password come with this model like admin or so comes with the new HP elite folio laptop .. since i dont recall i made one for bios. i would me much appercced if it could be solved eaisly.
