Product: HP EliteBook 640 14 inch G10 Notebook PC (736K5AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

We have a handful of Elitebook 640 G10's failing a firmware update with HP Firmware update - 8B88 System (01.11.00).  Is there a log created anywhere for this?  If not, what is the best way to troubleshoot?  We are pushing update via ManageEngine and laptops are remote.
