HP Notebook 15-ac628TX
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi Everyone

I have recently had issues with my notebook screen going black shortly after it boots.  I googled some fixes, and one was to remove the battery, unplug the power and hold down the power button for 30 seconds before attempting to restart.

I put the computer into Bios mode by using the combination keys of Windows button + B and Start button which automatically started the Bios checking on the computer.  The following error code appeared part way through the process:

Wireless Module Not Supported.  Also, Bluetooth Module ID (704).  Then, a web address.  Unfortunately, the screen is frozen at this point and I am unable to anything else with the computer.  Removing the battery and unplugging from the power supply does not help, as when the computer is turned back on it returns to that same screen.

How can I get past this screen or how can I put it into system recovery mode from here.

Any suggestions welcomed.

Thank you.
