Hi! @Haibl, Thanks for stopping by HP forums!

I understand after updating BIOS on your PC the graphics is not working correctly and you are getting error 43.

Don't worry I will try to help you out.

Did you make any software or hardware changes on your PC?

Please try the steps recommended below.

1. Turn off the computer.
2. Unplug the charger and remove the battery.
3. Press and hold down the power button for over one minute. This is to discharge any electrical build up.
4. Plug the charger back and put the battery back into place.
5. Reboot your computer.

1. Press Win+R (Windows key and R key) at the same time. A Run dialog box will appear.

Type devmgmt.msc in the run box then click OK button. This is to open Device Manager Window.

2. Expand “Display adapters” category and right-click on AMD device name. The context menu will pop up. Click Uninstall on the context menu.

3. Restart your PC.

Once the drivers uninstalled install the latest drivers using HP support assistant.

Refer this article to know how to use HP support assistant.

Let me know if this works!

Have a great day ahead! 🙂

@Haibl

You're welcome. 🙂

As @A4Apollo is out of the office today, I'm replying to you.

Have you tried the Win+V keys to restore the BIOS? (Source: https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c02693833)

f that too does not work then I suggest you to contact our HP phone support to explore the hardware service options for your laptop.

Let em know if you have any questions. Cheers! 🙂
