Hope I'm in the correct category for this:
Someone (from an official support forum of a well-known program I won't mention) tried to update my graphics card driver - and disrupted something or other.
Actually, both graphics cards were updated, which may have resulted in the tiny one being turned into the primary one, but I'm not sure.
Result: Many things (website elements, e.g.) are not displayed correctly, if at all, though images look fine, despite needing more colours and resources. Originally all browsers shut down after a minute or so, and so did some other programs. Going back to the last driver for the main graphics card stopped them from breaking down all the time, but the displaying of websites and other things is still odd, largely in black and white. Going back further does not work, alas.
I'd love to get the original graphics card drivers to see if that will put things right, but I cannot find them through the driver page - my comp is not listed. - The original drivers were from 2011, as far as I recall, so I'm hoping they are available.
Here are the relevant data:
Model: pavilion dv6
product number: b0b83ea #abd (I tried both with zero and O, but no luck)
serial number: [Personal Information Removed]

Hi,
You can find your notebooks Product Page on the link below.
http://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c03194894
A direct link to the relevant drivers page is on the following link. Note: If your notebook uses AMD/Intel switchable graphics, you only need to download the AMD installation package as this provides both the gpu drivers required.
