How do I get rid of "PresentationFontCache.exe"? I have googled how to do it but am not able to find where the program is located on my computer or I just don't know how to find it. This is really slowing down my machine and is VERY frustrating!

Thanks in advance.

Go to control panel, Administrative Tools, then Services, and find the service "Windows Presentation Foundation Font Cache 3.0.0.0". Double-click it to open its Properties dialog, and change the "Startup Type" to disabled. Restart your PC.
