HP 15 NOTEBOOK

My daughter laptop wont turn on. We tried the trick of taking out the battery and putting it in. When we looked at the charge connector it shows the light is on. She did not use her laptop for a while pls help!!!

It looks like hardware issue to me.

 

Please, review these 2 HP official articles about such issues you experience now. Follow the appropriate steps that fit your case to attempt to fix the issue:

If you did try everything mentioned in the articles but still nothing helped, I am afraid you will need to bring your computer (or ship it) to service - HP Authorized service center. If the computer is still under warranty, you will need to notify HP support first for free in-warranty assistance. If you are not sure where such a center is located, please contact HP support for assistance in finding one. Here is more info:
