It looks like hardware issue to me.
Please, review these 2 HP official articles about such issues you experience now. Follow the appropriate steps that fit your case to attempt to fix the issue:

If you did try everything mentioned in the articles but still nothing helped, I am afraid you will need to bring your computer (or ship it) to service - HP Authorized service center. If the computer is still under warranty, you will need to notify HP support first for free in-warranty assistance. If you are not sure where such a center is located, please contact HP support for assistance in finding one. Here is more info:
