I just bought HP 250 G5 with Windows 10.

Hotkeys (Fn) don't work and I can't find any drivers that can fix this.

What do I need to do to make them work? (So far I checked BIOS and they are enabled there)

Hi:

 

The only suggestion I can offer would be to install the HP System Event Utility from your notebook's support page.

 

This package contains the HP System Event Utility, which enables special function keys on supported notebook models to be programmed. For example, HP System Event Utility enables users to press the Fn+ESC keys to view system information. This package is provided for supported models running a supported operating system.

Does it mean that HP sells laptops with hot keys and installs system that doesn't support them?

 I don't know what it means...I don't work for or represent HP.

 

If that software didn't work, I suggest you contact HP techical support for further assistance under the warranty.
