Another option will be to create an HiRens BootCD on a bootable usb flashdrive. It has utilities that will enable you to clear the BIOS password.
How to create a bootable HiRens BootCD on usb
How to use the BIOS utilities in HiRens BootCD to clear the BIOS password. the video shows using a CD, but you can select the usb HiRens Boot USB flashdisk to accomplish the very same goal.

i`ve tried hiren`s boot cd and usb , i`ve made a cd and a usb also but i can`t acces boot menu options from bios ... from boot menu i have only f10= boot menu(and is asking for pass) and f9( upgrade ) i used f9 with a windows cd and it boots from cd but when i try with hiren`s boot cd it`s starting windows... i don`t have an option to boot from usb...i will upload a video and i`ll show you .

If you do not follow the method of making the CD or USB flash disk to the letter then neither will be bootable nor an option in the boot options menu.
the following tutorials are a bit easier to follow. 🙂
Try creating the CD again.
Or making the usb HiRens Boot CD again

No worries. I have lots of patience with polite people. 🙂
I suggest using a better brand of CD or DVD to make bootable disks with. I have never seen the brand that you used and they are definitely not all created equally.
Go back into the BIOS and change from UEFI boot to Legacy boot. That will enable you to be able to boot from other than the Notebook Upgrade bay and the OS boot manager. After you have removed the BIOS admin password you can return to the BIOS and change it back.
