Greetings!

I am keeping, yet minimizing use of WindowsXP Pro.

Rather than upgrading to Microsoft 8, I am installing Linux Mint (I understand the XP issues).

To see if I like Linux Mint (and understand Linux further), I need to boot into my flashdrive.

I need to bet to the HP 530 BIOS.

If you know how, please reply, and thanks for your help.

Hi ethosadvisory,

Welcome to the HP Forums!

Your HP 530 is a commercial unit. I am sorry, but to get your issue more exposure, I would suggest posting it in the commercial forums, since this is a commercial product. You can do this at http://h30499.www3.hp.com/hpeb/

I hope this helps.

Not sure about that model, but on my dv4-1225dx, the f10 key is used.
