i have hp 550 and just installed windos 7 but the video ram is not working 😞 ...i am sorry for my numerous questions ....but i hope u give me final solution for that problem

1. Which version of Windows 7 are You using? 32 bit or 64 bit?

2. How much Ram You've got installed in this laptop?

32 bytes...and my video card 365 but the lap read it 64

Upgrading Ram may solve this problem. XP is using less memory then Windows 7.

You may use Vista drivers from HP to this model (which are here) or drivers from first page of this topic.
