HP 620 Bluetooth connectivi​ty Problem

I LOST THE PERIPHERAL AND I DO NOT HAVE THE CD

I have checked my hardware and it says the bluetooth is working. However when i switch it on it says no program installed

I have the same problem. all seems to instaled correctly, no errors or anything. the problem is non of the bluetooth devices (my phone and laptop) can detect the other and seing all these complaints has made me loose hope.

I wonder why HP is not telling us the truth about this bluetooth problem with their product HP620..... please send us all a link for this solution . we only just beg......so that we can enjoy own money. we need quick solution now.

Hello,

I have got a HP 620 notebook pc and am facing difficulties while connecting my cellphone
to my notebook via bluetooth connectivity. Neither the bluetooth device on my laptop nor
 the one on my cellphone detects one another.
The message " No bluetooth device is found" keeps appearing on both screens.

The bluetooth connectivity of the cellphone (NOKIA 5130) has been checked and utilized earlier.
The OS installed on the laptop is Windows 7 ultimate.
Could someone please help me out?

i had the same problem and solved it installing this:

mine hp 620 is with some motorola-based bluetooth and now is fine, hope the same with yours
