Hello

i have the same issue than :https://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/Notebook-Video-Display-and-Touch/SOLVED-Graphic-card-problem-after-Win...

But the solution does not work (anymore?).

in the device manager the "Intel(R) HD Graphics Family" has an orrange triangle.

I several times deinstalled the device and downloaded intels newest driver.

I still have the issue.

Can you please help me since I urgently need to work with two screens. right now I am using an external graphic card but with a very low resultion and this should not stay forever..

I am running WIN10 PRO 64 Bit

Thank you

Regards
