i register my complain with hp and the process is so long process start at 15 march and still going on let me share what they do
day 1) they have some issue with technical team i at their helpline number they unable to connect me with and agent so they suggest me to wait and call after 2 hour then 3 hour so after wait that long then they again say wait some more time , i decide to use chat support and that chat support that person is so dumb he say windows cu update not release and even i show him microsoft official website which say its release at 11 march but he say we don't have any confirmation and he disconnected chat by saying if you have any issue then contact me even i show him my problem
day2) i contact twitter support and they say someone will contact me within 4 day and no one contact after more 2 days i again contact them and some non technical guy call me and asking about my problem i explain him everything then he told me some troubleshoot and i say i already did those step and show him result and then he say if it was an hardware issue then we could do something but its and software issue so its not our issue and we don't guaranty any software issue .
then he say he need to contact his technical team and then he will call me at that time i call my national consumer helpline a register an complain against hp , after few hour that guy call me and one of his technical team contact me and install some "ImageDiags_1.8.80.1 " software and run it which generate some text file about my system details and after that its been 2 week and that guy call me twice a week and say they having some tool up gradation problem so it will take some more time

@RAJAT6 Don't expect HP tech support to help you out with this. Many of the people you are talking to do not even know what the problem is at all or what is causing it.
With the new BIOS update, it appears that Microsoft and HP's engineering departments had a talk and as it turns out, HP needs to fix it. After the BIOS update, it shows that the BIOS is incompatible, not the processor. So, it's no longer AMD's problem either. So, wait for another BIOS update to make Windows 10 CU compatible with your system, or just do a clean install.
There's no point talking to tech support as they are trained only to take care of trivial issues that users with low computer proficiency may get into.

actully i try to perfrom a clean install but its give me error also and i can't conver my hdd to mbr from gpt i done that long ago and i notice some performance issue hope they will fixe it if they won't then i will sue them.
by the way any of you able to clock this processor to 3Ghz ? i only able to clock it 2.1

Sorry I have been gone so long folks I had a family emergency to deal with.
Rangan while I do agree that a clean install and turning off TPM and enabling legacy features etc may work this is by no means a "solution"
This does provide the end result of being able to install the update and it does allow you to get the system up and running.
What it does not do is allow you to "upgrade" your system. The update is supposed to be an update and for companies or individuals that require the ability to upgrade and cannot perform a clean install and enabling all these legacy features this would not allow them to implement this update. The other issue is that turning all this stuff off and/or on is that it allows legacy features that make the system less secure.
My personal system is also affected by this issue and I have no issue implementing everything you have provided. I thank you for going through all the motions and providing it to this forum.
The issue I have is that in the long run it is simply a work-around rather than a fix.

It goes up to 3.2GHz when there is little GPU load. The power requirement for the entire SoC is 15W, but HP scaled it down to 12W. So, both the CPU and the iGPU cannot go into the max clock speed simultaneously. Also, if you test with synthetic loads, it will stay stuck at 2.1GHz. Use AIDA64 and run the logger, you will see that it hits 3.2GHz in many scenarios.

It is a workaround. Not a solution. However, it seems that the ball is in HP's court now. Maybe another BIOS update will fix it.
The closest you can get to an upgrade is not formatting your system files and migrating all the user files from Windows.old. However, you will still have to reinstall drivers and programs.
