THE HP BIOS APPLICATION SELECTED IS CORRUPT OR MISSING. PLEASE INSTALL THE APPLICATION AND TRY AGAIN BIOS APPLICATION ERROA (501)  ACCURED IN DURING STARTUP

Before recieving this screen I recieved a pre-start screen that said:

Primary battery 601 (interrior) is below 73%

 

I changed the battery, then it had a quick screen that says:

Bios COSM 501 must be 

 

thats all I got before it flashes back to the battery low screen! What can I do to fix both these codes since the new battery doesn't seeem to make a difference?
