Hello there,
Need help here, im having following error massege in the startup, when i press the enter laptop starts up as usuall ( but some time windows does not starts, only hp logo displace and then blank screen,, and stayes there.. when i press and hold the power button untill it offs and press the power button again ,laptop starts normally (with the error massege , ofcourse) )
i wont to get rid of the error massege, can any one help.

Try calibrating the battery
XP and earlier

You may need to replace the battery.

Hi, there is an temporary solution to disable this warning.
Avoid the contact of the third pin, from right to left, between battery and notebook.
I put an little piece of paper as shown in the picture below:
Ps: My Battery is the MU06 model.

i am facing a problem related to battery back up i bought itbefore 11 months and it is showing like i need to replace it so i am asking for assistance from HP care or else provide me some software assistance to increase my battery back up

Yes if it is saying it needs to be replaced and you only purchased it 11 months ago, it is still under warranty. Call 1-800-474-6836 and let the representative know about the error you're getting. They can send you out a replacement battery. Depending on if you registered the computer, you may have to provide proof of purchase (a receipt) with the date of purchase. Most retail stores can provide a copy of the receipt or if you bought it online, you can use your sale confirmation email. Registration correction can take a couple of days so call them as soon as you can. Let me know if you have any questions 🙂
