Does anyone on HPs end have a method to contact google about this disasterous design choice?
None of us using their product can, but the decision to not only no longer support - but actively disable - bluetooth audio functionality has made the chromebook useless for online video or music in all but limited cases. Not being able to listen to music has also made using this machine for typing or research less pleasnt as well as I am generally unable to listen to audio without disturbing others now.
The decision to actively disable the existing feature that allowed chrome to stay awake when closed had a similar effect on me - but that I could at least fix by disconnecting the cable to the hardware that detected lid closure. Please, someone, contact or provide a way to contact google and let them know that removing pre-existing functionality without notice or option is not only bad for customers but bad for business. I'm not buying another chromebook unless there's some sort of community outreach to at least explain these kind of baffling decisions.
