ProBook G1 455
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have downloaded the latest version of HP Client Security (8.3.14.2018) as the previous versions were on the laptop and was running with Windows 7 and I needed to upgrade to Windows 10.

The software download was not available for a while so I have had to do without but checking the download site it has this as the latest version compatible with windows 10.

After download and install it is working ok but does not have drive encryption or file sanitiser installed. The help guide does say the can be added by the user but gives no indication of where to obtain them from.

I have searched and better searched with no luch, can anyone assist???

Many thanks

Hi!

I try to keep a follow up through a post (bellow) and ask HP why there is no follow up between all versions of there softwares because this problem is not only related to Security Manager, it's also related to drivers and other softwares.

So, if we want to have a chance to get an answer from HP (or a change would be the best), please "like" my post:

By the way, drive encryption and file sanitiser are seperate to ProtectTools maybe my article can help you to find the last version of your software.
