HP Recommended
Product: Elitebook X360 1030 G2
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I purchased a brand new Elitebook X360 1030 G2with 32 bit windows 10. 

Just tried with a standart user and works witjh MS Hello. Loved it. 

Then I turned on laptop with another user. Tried HP Client Security for logging in. It looked nice but I realised there is no bluetooth. Also Hello was not working. Yes I read, HP Client Secuirty prevents Hello. So I gave up all setup and turned back to zero point without anything from HP Client security. 

Still no Bluetooth. It is not working.

Still no MS Hello working.. 

 

Nobody understand what is going on. I do not want to ask that question HP Turkey because as always there will be NO HELP form them. 

 

I already have more than 350 HP laptop and PCs, servers etc at the company I manage. Althought that, no single helpğ from HP. 

 

Hope to find some help here in that forum.
